SD-WAN
Definition
SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) is an architecture that centrally and intelligently manages traffic between sites and to the internet, combining multiple links — fiber, radio, LTE, satellite — as if they were one. Instead of depending on a single provider and a single circuit, traffic is dynamically routed over the best available path at any moment, based on latency, packet loss, and application priority.
