How DITAP is contracted

We don't publish numbers — every operation is different. We do publish the structure: what each tier includes and how it's contracted.

Managed service tiers

For a single-site operation that needs a solid foundation.

Best for: one site, one hotel, one office.

  • Monitoring of critical infrastructure (network, servers, connectivity)
  • Business-hours support
  • Periodic status reports
  • Incident alerts with defined thresholds

  • Proactive monitoring with automated response to common incidents
  • Extended support hours
  • Assigned technical contact
  • Monthly operations review

Enterprise

For multi-country or mission-critical operations that need a dedicated team.

  • Integration with the client's security team
  • Quarterly business reviews with leadership
  • Custom SLA

Service levels (response times, availability) vary by tier.

Engagement models

Fixed-scope project

Scope, timeline, and deliverables defined upfront. Billed by milestone or at project close.

Good for: migrations, infrastructure rollouts, one-time implementations.

Retainer

A reserved block of capacity for ad-hoc work, technical advisory, and priority attention without committing to a full managed operation.

Good for: teams with in-house IT that need specialized reinforcement on demand.

Managed service

DITAP runs infrastructure, security, or connectivity on an ongoing basis under one of the tiers (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise).

Good for: operations that want to permanently offload operational burden.

Definitive scopes, service levels, and terms are those of the signed contract or service order, which prevails over the content of this page.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't DITAP publish pricing?

Because the real cost depends on the number of sites, the complexity of the operation, the industry (hospitality, oil & gas, and healthcare have different requirements), and the country. Publishing a generic number would be misleading. In a 30-minute call we give you a concrete range for your case.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Tiers are designed to grow with your operation — it's common to start on Essential or Professional and scale to Enterprise as sites or countries are added.

What's the difference between a retainer and a managed service?

A retainer reserves capacity for ad-hoc work and advisory; a managed service means DITAP runs the infrastructure on an ongoing basis, with active monitoring and response at all times under the chosen tier.

My operation spans multiple countries — how is that handled?

DITAP operates in Argentina, Chile, and Italy. The Enterprise tier is designed precisely to consolidate multi-country operations under a single contract and a single account team.

What's the process to get started?

You book a 30-minute technical consultation, we assess scope and complexity, and propose the tier and engagement model that fit best — with a concrete roadmap, not a generic template.
