NOC
Definition
A NOC (Network Operations Center) is the dedicated team and tooling that monitors, in real time, the state of network infrastructure: availability, performance, alerts, and incident response before the end user notices anything.
Why it matters for your business
An active NOC is the difference between finding out about an outage because a customer complains, or because an automated alert warned minutes before it turned into a visible problem.
