Challenge
Each branch had solved its own connectivity independently over the years: different providers, different configurations, and zero centralized visibility. When a branch went offline, the IT team found out from a phone call from the local manager, not from an alert.
Approach
We audited the connectivity and hardware at each branch, standardized configuration criteria, and designed a centrally managed network with unified monitoring across all four locations. We migrated branch by branch, starting with the one reporting the most incidents.
Solution
We installed standardized network equipment at all four branches, connected via site-to-site VPN so they behave as a single internal network, and built a centralized dashboard with automatic alerts. IT now detects an outage before end users notice.
In the client's words
“Each branch used to be its own island. Now we see all four from one screen and know what's happening before anyone calls us.”
