How this is calculated
A calendar month has 730 hours on average. Cost per hour of downtime is calculated as affected staff × hourly cost, plus the revenue you lose during that time. Uptime tiers (99%, 99.9%, 99.99%) are industry standards, not a contractual promise from DITAP: they show how much downtime each tier allows and what that would cost at your current operation's pace.
