We published /status, our public status page. It shows the real-time status of the components behind our platforms — main dashboard, public API, webhooks, billing, transactional email, and database — plus any active incident, with a start time and a short description.
The page updates every 60 seconds and doesn't require anyone on our team to update it by hand during an incident: it connects directly to the same system that monitors our infrastructure.
We built it because we believe an infrastructure provider shouldn't hide its own incidents — it's the same transparency we ask of the systems we operate for our clients.
