Third-Party Trademark Notice
Last updated: August 2026
1. Purpose of this notice
On ditap.io we mention, and in some cases display the logo of, technology manufacturers and vendors (for example Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Fortinet, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, among others) because they are technology the DITAP team (Inversiones Tecnomagallanes SpA — Chile — and its current or future affiliated entities or legal representations in the other countries where it operates) deploys, operates, or recommends on real infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security projects.
This notice explains the terms under which those trademarks appear on the site, mainly in the Partners (ditap.io/en/partners), Technology by layer (ditap.io/en/partners/technology), and Integrations (ditap.io/en/integrations) sections.
2. Trademark ownership
All third-party trademarks, trade names, logos, and icons appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. DITAP does not claim any ownership right over them, and their mention should not be construed as an assignment, license, or transfer of intellectual property rights to DITAP or its clients.
3. Nominative use — why we show them
Our use of these trademarks is a nominative use: we name or display a manufacturer's logo solely to accurately identify the technology we actually deploy, integrate, or operate — not to promote the manufacturer's product as if we were its official channel, nor to suggest the manufacturer endorses DITAP.
This use is limited to what is reasonably necessary to identify the technology (name and/or logo), without altering the logo beyond a neutral visual treatment (monochrome, to fit the site's design) and without using it in a way that suggests a commercial relationship that does not exist.
4. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement
Unless a specific page on this site expressly states otherwise (for example, using the words "certified partner" or naming a specific partnership program), no mention or logo on ditap.io implies:
The Partners, Technology by layer, and Integrations pages each include their own transparency note stating that this is technology with real implementation experience, not a directory of certified partnerships.
5. Source of the logos shown
The logos shown as icons next to each manufacturer's name are freely licensed monochrome versions sourced from the open-source repository simple-icons (simpleicons.org), not the manufacturer's original brand assets. No logo is shown when we don't have a verified version from this source — in those cases the manufacturer appears as text only.
If a trademark holder would prefer we use (or stop using) a specific version of their logo, they can request it through the contact channel in Section 7.
6. DITAP's own trademarks
"DITAP", "WiFiAtlas", and our other proprietary names, logos, and brand elements identifying our services are trademarks of Inversiones Tecnomagallanes SpA (Chile) and of its affiliated entities or legal representations in the countries where DITAP operates (or are in the process of registration, depending on the jurisdiction). This notice does not affect or limit our own trademark rights.
7. If you hold a trademark mentioned here
If you represent a manufacturer or trademark holder mentioned on ditap.io and want to:
email us at [email protected] with the subject "Third-party trademarks" and a link to the page in question. We will respond and, where warranted, make the adjustment within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the catalog of technologies we work with or in how we display them. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the document.
