RFP / Tenders
We receive tenders by email
There's no form to fill out or upload portal. You write to us, attach the tender document, and we take it from there.
What to include in your tender document
Project scope
What you need: infrastructure, cloud, security, connectivity, hospitality, or a combination. The more specific, the better the proposal.
Locations & sites
Number of sites, countries, and whether operations are remote or hard to access (relevant for hospitality and oil & gas).
Expected timeline
Decision date, desired start date, and any non-negotiable milestones.
Budget or estimated range
If you already have a defined range, sharing it speeds up the proposal. If not, we'll work through it together in the first conversation.
Evaluation criteria
How vendors will be compared: price, experience, response time, certifications, references, etc.
Compliance & security requirements
Applicable regulations (GDPR, sector-specific), contractual security requirements, and whether a DPA or specific insurance is required.
Points of contact
Technical contact and procurement contact, with direct contact details.
How we handle the process
- We confirm receipt of the tender and assign you a dedicated contact on first reply.
- The formal proposal deadline is agreed in writing based on the tender's scope — and met.
Where we're the best fit
DITAP operates in Argentina, Chile, and Italy, focused on infrastructure, cloud, security, connectivity, and technology for hospitality, oil & gas, and healthcare. If your project falls outside that geography or scope, reach out anyway — we evaluate case by case.
