Our history
This timeline covers DITAP's milestones as a company — not the founder's personal career, which you can read on Who we are. It includes only what we can back up: regional expansion, the brand and divisions launch, and the products we published on this very site.
Expansion to Chile
The operation, until then concentrated in Argentina, extends into Chile. This is where the model of managing infrastructure and technology projects across more than one country at once begins — the foundation of how DITAP works today.
DITAP brand launch
Nearly two decades of work in infrastructure, connectivity, security, and automation consolidate under a single brand. The five service divisions are formalized — DITAP Core (infrastructure), DITAP Cloud, DITAP Security, DITAP Hospitality, and WiFiAtlas® (connectivity) — and the company is formally established and operating in Argentina, Chile, and Italy. ditap.io launches in Spanish, English, and Italian.

We publish our first in-house digital product: a cybersecurity ebook aimed at SMB owners, IT managers, and startup CTOs, with a monthly checklist and an incident-response plan template.
Real-time status page
We publish /status, showing the live state of our platform's components (dashboard, API, billing, email, webhooks, and database) and a history of active incidents.
ROI Calculator
We publish an interactive calculator that estimates how much a company loses per month to manual hours and infrastructure downtime, and how much it can recover through managed operations and automation.
AI-native operations
We consolidated our AI-native operating model: a fleet of AI agents embedded in every area — support, monitoring, pre-sales, recruiting, administration — under human direction and accountability. The same automation approach we deploy for clients, running our own company.
