Legal Notice (Imprint)

This legal notice identifies the entity that operates ditap.io, provides DITAP's services, and issues contracts and invoices.

We publish it voluntarily, for transparency and to make supplier onboarding easier. DITAP serves clients in the European Union but is not established in the EU: there is no incorporated company or tax registration in Italy, so the identification duties that Legislative Decree 70/2003 (Art. 7) places on providers established in Italy do not apply to DITAP. We publish this information anyway, so any client knows who they are contracting with before signing.

Every DITAP proposal, contract and invoice is issued by a single entity:

It is the same entity for clients in any country. Should DITAP incorporate local companies in the future, each will be identified in its own section of this document and in the relevant proposal, contract or invoice; until then, the contracting entity is the one above in every case.

DITAP delivers services in Argentina, Chile and Italy. Operational presence means technical staff and the ability to intervene on the ground — it does not imply a local company.

Argentina — Operating address: España 540, Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut Province (ZIP 9000).

Italy — Commercial and technical presence. Local contact: +39 345 243 5103.

Chile — Registered address and seat of the contracting entity (see section 2).

In Argentina and Italy there is no incorporated company and no local tax registration, so the addresses listed are operating addresses, not registered offices. Invoicing for those services is issued from Chile by the entity in section 2. If your procurement process requires an invoice from a local entity, email us at [email protected] before proceeding and we'll tell you straight whether we can.

For users in the European Union: the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, but we handle any complaint if you write to [email protected] first.
