2. Functional storage

The site stores the NEXT_LOCALE language cookie for one year. Local storage ditap-theme remembers your theme until cleared; ditap-cookie-consent-v1 remembers your consent choice for 180 days. Your browser may delete these earlier. These preferences remember your choices.

3. Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after valid consent to Analytics. It may store _ga and ga* to distinguish visits. Default cookie lifetimes may reach two years; cookie lifetime differs from Google event retention. On withdrawal, the site disables further measurement and removes identifiable first-party Google Analytics cookies. We do not load Meta Pixel. Google advertising signals remain denied: Marketing is a reserved category and does not activate advertising.

4. Technical diagnostics

When configured, Sentry receives technical errors to identify failures. Client configuration does not enable Session Replay or performance sampling. Diagnostics may include technical request data and must not be used to include form messages or sensitive records.

5. Change your choice

Accept, reject or customise optional categories and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer or this page’s button. Rejecting analytics does not prevent reading content or sending enquiries. You can also clear browser data. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier consent-based processing. External services you open, such as payment providers or WhatsApp, apply their own policies.

We do not use advertising cookies. Some pages offer optional analytics, activated only if you accept; you can change your choice in Preferences. Hosting processes technical data needed to serve and protect pages.

Browser storage

When choosing a language, we save that preference in localStorage (ditap-language) and in a functional cookie (ditap_language, with a maximum duration of one year). On the ditap.io subdomains, the choice is shared across sites. You can change it using the selector or by deleting the browser data. This is not used for advertising purposes. The fields within a form remain on the page while you are completing it; their submission to the CRM is explained in the privacy policy.

Links and campaign parameters

If you send UTM parameters, the form can attach them to the query you send, allowing you to see their origin. This does not install a cookie or track your browsing across websites. When WhatsApp, a software, or an external link is opened, the technologies and policies of that service are applied.

Your control

You can review and delete data associated with a site from your browser’s privacy settings. If optional technologies are added in the future that require authorization, they should be disclosed and users should be given the option to choose before they are activated.
